Let’s get it!

start line

In honor of Lorenzo Perry’s moving thought of the week speech this morning, our go time image is fitness-oriented!  Today you will begin work on your final project for the digital literacy unit, while we hold the first half of your one-on-one meetings.

Your project:

Using one of the four digital tools we examined during this unit, you will prepare information and a view point on a topic of your choice.  If you would like to earn honors credit for this assignment, you may present a TED Talk on the topic.  Either way, your 12th website post will be a presentation on the topic you’ve chosen, using either Flipgrid, Canva, Animoto, or text-to-speech avatars to share information and your view point.  You have today to find information about your topic that you’d like to include.  For guidance in finding research that will work for you, use the guide that Ms. Lubman created:

2. Click on LIBRARY in the upper RIGHT corner
3. Select HIGH SCHOOL in the yellow box on the LEFT
4. Scroll down and select READING AND WRITING LITERACY on the LEFT side under GRADE LEVEL PAGES
